Our Story
Dunham Hale Chartered Surveyors, led by Neil Heyes MRICS, with over 25 years experience as a qualified Building Surveyor and almost 40 years of buildings, property and construction experience provide detail and quality surveys.
Since 2013, Neil has been a forerunner in survey technology, and indeed was one of the first to use smart mobile tech to write up reports on site. In 2018 he started using drones, where other firms hadn't even thought obout there use in surveying and the advantages they bring.
Today, Dunham Hale Chartered Surveyors provide high end bespoke quality surveys, using modern technology including advanced survey app report writing, drone technology and AI.
